How does one-to-one Coaching work?
The first step is for us to have a discovery call, which we can do over the phone, via Skype, Zoom, WeChat or WhatsApp. This 30 minute, free consultation helps us both decide if we will work well together. Click here to book the appointment:
If we decide to go forward, we’ll then agree on coaching package that is best for YOU.
THE FOUNDATION PACKAGE
The Foundation offers mixed format that includes both personal coaching & mentorship over the course of 3 months. During our journey together we will re-design your diet and daily routines, crafting clear steps that support expression of your fullest, most vital self. This 3-month package includes:
Pre-Initial Consultation: This is my introduction to you. You will fill out a brief intake questionnaire beforehand to help me understand who you are and where you are on your health journey.
Initial Consultation: (60 - 90 minutes) After reviewing your questionnaire we will talk about your goals, your needs, your obstacles, your health history, your taste preferences and lifestyle. During this meeting we will explore how to align your needs, wants, and expectations with the Wellness Goals you set for yourself. You will leave this session with a clear action plan you can implement immediately.
9 Follow-up Sessions: (45 - 60 minutes) As you progress towards your goals we will have follow-up meetings to track your progress, make any necessary changes, and/or have a chat about how great you are feeling and what is next for you.
Education: I will provide you with an education surrounding food and your body.
Subsequent Booster Sessions: 500RMB (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Six-month MAKE PEACE With FOOD & Your body PACKAGE
If you're ready to get off the diet roller-coaster, stop obsessing about food, and learn to trust your body, this package is ideal for you. This 6-month package is built around Intuitive Eating, Self-compassion, and Interoceptive Awareness and includes:
One initial 90 minute appointment, and bi-weekly follow-up appointments (twelve 90 minute appointments total over six months)
Messaging and email support for any emotional emergencies that may crop up spontaneously in between sessions.
Daily tools for practising deeper connection to your body.
During this program you will:
develop positive relationships with food even the foods you consider off-limits, so that you can have any food in the house and not be afraid of losing control;
understand which foods make you feel best;
understand that there is a way to eat that does not involve restriction and rules;
learn how to identify and process uncomfortable emotions without food;
increase awareness of your physical and emotional cues;
learn awareness creating rituals that feel good to you

1. What were your biggest INSIGHTS from our time together?
Learning a new way of eating and looking at macronutrients in food as a means to fuel the body in specific ways. Gone are the days of eating with emotion, instead now are the days of eating with purpose....mostly!
2. What were your most impactful RESULTS?
Weight loss and sustained energy throughout a day without the typical 3pm crash.
3. What HABITS are you going to take away with you?
A primal way of eating most of the time, and continued purposeful movement to build muscle and lose fat.
4. Did you achieve the GOALS you were looking for?
I still have a little ways to go to achieve the aggressive body goals I’ve set for myself, but it’s clear that this lifestyle will achieve those results over time by doing what I’m doing now.
5. What specific part of the program did you like best?
I enjoyed being able to talk openly about what my body goals are and how to achieve them. What some may consider vanity in fact has long lasting health benefits. And of course the result of looking good and feeling confident, can’t be argued with!
6. Is there any other feedback that you would like to add?
I had a lot of fun chatting with you! I have always enjoyed cooking and of course eating. This way of eating has added to my enjoyment of food by gaining knowledge about how food effects the body. It’s had some changes in how I cook and eat, but i don’t consider it a sacrifice and greatly enjoy my new habits and of course feel great! I’ll still enjoy the occasional carbohydrate treat, but with greater conscience of the decision to do so, and the resulting effect on the body.
