Hi, I'm Iza!
When I’m not immersed in learning about human behavior, supporting clients in sessions, or facilitating workshops, you’ll most likely find me on my bike. Cycling is one of my greatest joys, it helps me clear my mind, connect with nature, and recharge. It’s my moving meditation and a big part of how I stay grounded and energized in my work.
My Approach:
I was initially trained in more traditional talk therapies and draw from different modalities depending on your needs. The services I provide now draw primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Psychotherapy. These approaches help explore emotional patterns, the inner parts of the self, and the connection between mind and body in a gentle and integrated way.
I am also inspired by attachment theory and grateful for my understanding of the nervous system.
